The stallion collection/shipping schedule for 2009 is
every-other-day,
with
even-numbered days in March, May, July
and
odd-numbered days in April, June, August.
The fee for collection and packaging for shipping is $240, Equitainer rental
is free for 4 days (must be returned in 4 days), and the mare owner must
supply a FedEx account for shipping Priority Overnight. I am a verified
shipper for several airlines (SWA, United, Delta) and
can ship same-day on any collection day,
including weekends and (most) holidays. Same day service incurs a courier fee,
as well as air
freight (total $180). I
require
48 hours notice
of the likely need for a shipment, with confirmation by noon the day before.
Short notice requests (received on the day of collection) will be
accommodated if possible, but incur a short notice fee of $50.00. Shipment
orders can be cancelled by 8AM the day of requested shipment without penalty.
All semen requests or other contacts should be to my mobile phone (530-400-6405),
leaving a message as needed. I will confirm my receipt of the message by a
return phone call.
Mare owners should fill in
Shipped Semen Registration
form and fax it to me (fax:
530-795-0864,
a secure location) so that I have the needed information for shipping and
billing.
